Living Hastings 1901 on own means.The Parkin mss., 1900-1928, are letters from Thomas Parkin,British ornithologist, from prominent ornithologists, artists,novelists, statesmen, playwrights and authors. I: "These two volumes were bought by meof W. Heffer in the Petty Curey at Cambridge, on Friday April24th 1913, where I visited his shop in company with W.H. Mullens[co-author, with Harry Kirke Swann, of "A Bibliography ofBritish Ornithology", 1917-23] in our annual visit to our olduniversity. T.P."Irby (L. H.)
